It’s been a little over two weeks since I got back and I’m finally just getting caught up. While the instant gratification of a reliable internet connection and mobile phone/laptop is my life in NA, the freedom felt by not being connected was something I do miss. Ever since I first visited Taiwan (95) it’s always been a mistress of mine in the sense that I’m 1/2 Chinese but yet find myself having more Tawainese friends and enjoying Taiwan more so than China.
I’m not sure if its the functional chaos or just the lure of new opportunities that intrigue me more, but whatever it is (high probability of it being their fried chicken), I <3 Taiwan.
